Module 5 - SLP
Business Ethics and Organizational Culture
Note: You may complete the Module 5 Case and SLP in any order you prefer.
For this final SLP, I would like you to go to the TUI library, and find a scholarly (peer-reviewed) business ethics article that is of interest to you. Please do the following in a 2-3 page paper:
1) Summarize the article in 1-2 paragraphs; and then
2) Critically evaluate the relevance of the article to business ethics – in short, why does this article matter?
Expectations:
1) Your final SLP will be graded based on your ability to critically evaluate the relevance and importance of your chosen article to business ethics.
2) Be sure to follow the guidelines in the Well-Written Paper. To this extent, the Module 5 SLP will be graded using the following criteria:
- Precision - Does the paper fully address the question(s) or task(s) in full?
- Depth - Does the paper address all elements of the topic in sufficient depth? Does it include and apply the background readings and other background resources?
- Application - Are the concepts of the module appropriately applied in the SLP?
- Organization - Is the paper organized in a coherent and systematic manner? Are headings included in all papers greater than 2 pages?
- Clarity - Is the writing clear and the concepts articulated properly? Are paraphrasing and synthesis of concepts the primary means of response to the questions, or are thoughts conveyed through excessive use of quotations?
- Referencing (citations and references) - Does the paper use citations and quotation marks where appropriate? Are all references listed in the bibliography used and referred to via citation?
3) Upload your Module 5 SLP to Coursenet by the due date.
