Course Reflection and Integration
Course Overview
As your study of this course content draws to a close, it is important to reflect on new levels of understanding, skills, and knowledge that you have acquired consistent with the effort you've put forth throughout this course. It is particularly important to reflect on the course objectives, which were are follows:
1. Explain deontology - including Kant's Categorical Imperative - and their relationship to business ethics.
2. Apply deontological ethics to business/organizational situations
3. Explain teleology - utilitarianism and ethical egoism - and their relationship to business ethics
4. Apply telelogical ethics to business/organizational situations
5. Explain virtue ethics - and its relationship to business ethics
6. Apply virtue ethics to business/organizational situations
7. Explain the relationship between corporate responsibility and business ethics
8. Describe the benefits of corporate responsibility and business ethics
9. Describe the relationship between business ethics and organizational culture
When you write the Self-reflective Essay (a Module 6 requirement), you also need to state whether you achieved the foregoing course objectives.
Required:
