Title Page

The big idea behind the title page is to briefly introduce (or re-introduce) yourself to whomever reviews your portfolio, and to provide your instructor with quick-reference contact information.  Sometimes when I am trying to remember a conversation with a student it is helpful to remember what he or she looks like to jog the memory a little. 

Job Description

Writing your job description in your own words informs and reminds your instructor of what you do.  Writing it in your own words also exercises your writing skills and can also tell me a little about how you feel about what you do.
