Work Journals
The big idea behind the work journal is to document your learning. The Secretary of Labor has identified a number of essential skills that lead to success in almost any field of work. Your assignment is to identify the activities and experiences in your workday that demonstrate your learning and development as a worker. The best way to document those work-based learning experiences is to tie them to essential skills identified by the Secretary.
You must have ten new and unique entries per quarter that demonstrate learning in each of the eight skill categories.
